I was selected for a competitive research program that enabled students to conduct independent projects under faculty supervision. Over six weeks, I visited the lab twice weekly to investigate the effects of low-frequency ultrasound on 2D and 3D-cultured brain and breast cancer cells. Based on my findings, I authored and published a paper titled “Development and Analysis of Low-Frequency Ultrasound Wave Therapy on 2D and 3D-Cultured Brain and Breast Cancer Cells” in a student research journal. This experience strengthened both my laboratory skills and scientific writing abilities.
